You can choose any size of the pipe you like and your wall will support--
Just make sure all the parts are the same size so they can fit together.
Prepare the end of the elbow according to the direction on the pipe coating.
Apply pipe paint to install one end of each elbow to the smaller side of each PVC flange.
Apply the pipe paint on the free end of each elbow and install the elbow on the straight PVC pipe.
Pipe coatings are allowed to cure according to manufacturer\'s instructions.
Install the towel rack by screwing the screws through the holes on the flange into the wall.
Depending on the weight of the towel rack, you may or may not need an anchor or nylon screw (and towels)
